ill is Marketing Partner at Pear, helping to build and support the firm’s marketing, communications, and community efforts.
She joins Pear after a decade working in the tech industry. Jill started her career on Capitol Hill as a staffer in the U.S. Congress, helping to sort constituent mail and fetch Arnold Palmers for a U.S. Senator. After moving from D.C. to Silicon Valley, Jill joined Wildfire Interactive, a high-growth social media marketing startup. Wildfire was acquired by Google in 2012, and Jill spent the following decade at the tech giant leading marketing efforts for different functions, including Sustainability, Google One, Family Link, and Google Fiber. Jill has worked on nearly every stage and facet of marketing, including growth, product, retail, events, and brand marketing.
Jill was born and raised in the small town of Tyrone, Georgia, a place that has given her a deep appreciation of good barbeque and college football. She holds both a B.A. and M.P.A. from the University of Georgia, where she studied International Affairs and Public Administration.
She now resides in San Francisco with her husband, Lucas, sons, Nico and Felix, and puppy, Scout. You can usually find her chasing her children around Noe Valley with a coffee in hand.
